Ny radikal innvandringspolitikk i England

David Cameron tar et oppgjør med den multikulturelle ideologien. Innvandrere som ikke tjener godt eller har faglige kvalifikasjoner skal ut! De vil miste retten til permanent opphold.

"The era of mass immigration is over."

David Cameron sier følgende:

1. ‘You have to show genuine serious usefulness to British society.’

2. ‘What we are saying is: if you are a particularly exceptional person we will make it easy for you to come here in the first place and we will allow you to stay for a certain amount of time and in some categories we will make it easier for you to stay here.

3. ‘What we need is a system that goes out to seek those people who are either going to create jobs or wealth or add to our high-level artistic and cultural aspirations.

4. ‘We want permanently to make Britain the most attractive country in the world for the brightest and the best.

The new policy follows a consultation by the Home Office last summer which said that Tier Two migrants – skilled workers from outside the EU who do not have outstanding qualifications or large sums to invest – should expect to leave Britain after five years.

5. ‘In future, only a tightly controlled minority will be permitted to stay permanently, where it is in the interests of the UK to do so.’

6. Mr Green said in an interview yesterday that he hoped to encourage into Britain a new generation of ‘the skilled, the highly talented – the bright young things – the brightest and the best from all around the world’.

7.He said there would be a separate route into Britain for the exceptionally talented in the arts, including dancers, actors, artists and musicians.

8. Other measures likely to be in the immigration rules include a new organisation to work with the Church of England to detect sham marriages.

9. There will also be new rules on spouses coming to join migrants in Britain. They will have to show both that they can speak English and that they will not be dependent on benefits. Families asking for members to join them are likely to have to meet an income test.

Low-skilled migrants will be told to go home: Only the brightest and best allowed to settle here.
