Langt bak målet om å utrydde fattigdom

10 år før fristen tror knapt noen i Norge at verden vil nå det ambisiøse FN-målet om å utrydde ekstrem fattigdom innen 2030.

Bare 4 prosent av den norske befolkningen tror at det globale målet om null fattigdom vil bli nådd innen fristen. Samtidig mener flere enn ni av ti at det er viktig å utrydde ekstrem fattigdom, og det er langt flere som mener at bistanden bør økes enn som mener den må kuttes.

Dette kommer fram i en ny meningsmåling utført av Norstat for bistandsorganisasjonen Strømmestiftelsen.
